Beyond
FiberOptics Beyond
FiberOptics was founded in May 2000, although we have many years of
experience supporting the fusion splicing industry. We are a full
service center for the splicer and related equipment and with the closure
of Amherst (www.amherstfo.com)
we are the only company in the US, Mexico, and Canada who specializes in
the service and support of the Ericsson brand fusion splicing equipment. We
provide on-site or in-house repairs, upgrades and preventive maintenance
of your equipment. Our technicians are available 24 hours a day via
a toll free number and are qualified to handle all of your support needs.
It is our objective to offer you the highest quality service available.
We make regular visits to perform preventive maintenance on all of your
Ericsson splicing stations. The details of which are flexible based
on your needs. We will also gladly provide you with the parts
and tools needed for your trained technicians (if applicable) to perform
preventive maintenance and repairs as needed to keep your equipment
working properly. Because emergencies arise and usually occur at the
most inopportune time, all emergency service calls are handled
expediently. Additionally,
we offer a full range of courses and services to help you obtain the
highest quality performance from your employees and equipment. The
courses we offer are taught on a basic to advance level and range from
operator level through maintenance/repair. Thank
you for your time and consideration of Beyond FiberOptics. Please
feel free to visit our website at www.beyondfiberoptics.com
for a simple overview of some of our services. I look forward to hearing
from you and for the opportunity to be of service to you. Given the closure of Amherst Fiberoptics on October 17, 2002, Beyond FiberOptics is the only company in the Us, Mexico, and Canada who provides service and support of the Ericsson line of fusion splicers. There are a lot of end user out there who were left without an avenue for these services. We are trying to let them know that we can take care of their splicing support needs and equipment.
