Fujian CASIX Laser Inc. is a world class Chinese manufacturer of Crystals, Fiber Optics Components, Optics and Lasers. Established in 1996 we are headquartered in Fuzhou, Fujian, China, with an operation in the United States and distributors worldwide.

In only seven years we have grown from an organization known for providing the highest quality crystals to a leading position in the Telecom and Opto-Electronics field, providing fiber optic components. Our key technologies and modern facilities, consist principally of advanced crystal growth and processing; optical design, fabrication and coating; fiber optical components processing and precision assembly techniques; making the highest quality products available at the lowest possible cost. Certified by the SGS company in 1998 as an ISO9001 Certified company was an important milestone for us, recognizing our Quality Management achievement in the international markets.

None of our growth would have been possible without the tireless effort of our management team to develop the kind of long-term relationship with our customers that are critical in Today? rapidly changing markets. To achieve this kind of relationship we first developed expertise in high volume manufacturing by constantly developing the talents of our manufacturing personnel. The training of our staff is a constant process and results in continuous production improvements. Additionally, we have built a strong research and development team to provide all the necessary support to our customers and to our manufacturing operations. Today we can provide the complete support to
our customers from concept to full-scale production. With highly qualified sales & marketing staff, in daily contact with our customers, we will meet tomorrow? challenges with confidence that we can provide whole products to meet their requirements.

Our Staff:
Our staff comes from all over China. We have some of the best that China has to offer in Materials scientists, optics and fiber optics professionals and technicians. Founded by researchers from the famous CAS group (Chinese Academy of Science), these founders continue, today to guide our company to the future. Now, having worked together for more than 10 years our leadership team is well equipped to deal with all aspects of the business, from the business management to the technical details, they can provide support and assistance to our customers. We are able to recruit quality engineering graduates and scientists from all parts of China. We have close relationships with the respected Universities and Research Institutes in China providing us with access to the most recent developments in Telecom and Opto-electronics. As we have grown in last a few years, these universities and schools have continued to be able to supply us with as many qualified engineers and technicians as we need. We now employ more than 750 people worldwide of whom more than 120 are engineers and researchers.

To maintain the technology edge we are often involved in joint research projects with some of the world leading universities, research organizations and companies, maintaining active corporate members in many technologies societies such as: China Optics and Opto-electronics Manufacturing Associations, The Optical Society of China, The Optical Society of America    (OSA) and The International Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE).
