Fujitsu Quantum Devices, Ltd. ("FQD"). FQD and FCSI are part of the Fujitsu
Limited group of companies, one of the world's largest suppliers of optoelectronic and
microwave semiconductor components.
A California corporation headquartered in San Jose, FCSI serves the North and South
