FiberSystems, Inc., was founded in January 2001 and has set out to become
a prominent design manufacturer as well as OEM solution provider of fiber
optical components and systems for the telecommunications industry. Since

at OFC 2001, Anaheim, California, on March 16, 2001. Furthermore, HD has
also been devoted in developing EDFA, OE/EO module, HDTS (Transport
System) and other advanced electronic-optical-electronic components and
solutions for Metro-Area-Network and fiber-to-the-house applications. HD
is now capable of delivering Band Separator, DWDM Channel Filter Device,
DWDM modules and Optical Add-Drop Module (OADM). HD will continue to
