IPAG - Innovative
Processing AG IPAG has been founded end of 2000 as a start-up at Gerhard-Mercator-University
of Duisburg. IPAG provides state of the art high-speed optical and
high-frequency components based on InP above 40 Gbit/sec. We are targeting
the high performance optical and satellite communication markets. IPAG has access to a highly sophisticated clean room environment (470 sqm) of classes 10 and 100 including a complete indium phosphide processing baseline comprising MOVPE and MBE epitaxy, optical and e-beam lithography, etching facilities as well as metal and dielectric layer deposition. Furthermore, all necessary characterization methods are available.
