LEMO USA has
continually prided itself in being a "user-friendly" company. With ongoing
efforts to create three-way communication loops between LEMO, our sales representatives
and the customer (or prospective customer), we continually monitor the quality of our
products and services. We seek to rectify problems befor they result in lost business.
Every LEMO USA shipment contains an "After Sales/Sample Questionnaire" which is
directed to the customer and asks a few questions regarding the order; whether it arrived
on time, is meeting their needs, etc. The questionnaires are returned to LEMO USA, are
reviewed and actions are taken as needed.
LEMO USA takes a very proactive stance in its efforts to generate new business as well as
keeping a visual presence in the electronics industry in general. New products are
introduced to the media as they are developed and we are certain that they are in
production. Also, ads are run on a schedules basis in trade publications and product is
displayed at trade exhibitions.
LEMO USA's Engineering and Prototype Department, works very closely with customers and
acts as a liaison to the factory in meeting the needs of its customers by modifying and
expanding the products we offer and by resolving questions of performance and quality
assurance. Recent developments at LEMO USA have been the medical connector during chemical
sterilization and the development of a disposable connector, is highly demanded by our
medical customers.
Nineteen-ninety-three marks LEMO USA's 10th anniversary of being a free standing company.
Since that time LEMO USA has grown from a staff of 11 to 60, a customer base from under
1'000 to over 3'000 and an impressive sales growth history to match. The range of products
and value added services has also expanded to include cable assembly and overmolding. As
LEMO USA sales and staff continue to grow, the challenge will be to remain as responsive
to our customers as we were just 10 years ago as a small company.
