Lightwave Microsystems designs and manufactures LightWeaver(TM)planar lightwave circuits and integrated devices for advanced optical communications systems.  Devices are fabricated using both silica and polymer waveguide technology to provide passive and active components.  Passive components include AWG DWDMs, splitters, couplers, and taps.  Active components include optical switch arrays and VOAs.
