Research & Development - Optigain's optical and electronics engineers have decades of
experience in rare earth doped active fiber devices. This experience has been applied to
development efforts for Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) contracts with the
Department of Defense in the area of active fiber devices and photonics research. The
Optigain R&D team is aggressively pursuing the modeling, experimentation, and
prototyping of the next generation rare earth doped fiber amplifiers, fiber lasers, and
related active fiber devices.
Manufacturing – Optigain has established a state-of-the-art production facility with
controlled and well defined manufacturing lines. Over the years, Optigain has steadily
expanded to become a high volume producer of rare earth doped fiber amplifiers for a
diverse customer base.
Quality – Optigain demands that Quality be the foundation upon which it designs,
manufactures and sells its products. The four elements of Optigain's Quality Policy:
Customer Satisfaction, On Time Delivery, Employee Involvement, and Continuous Improvement,
