Shanghai Communications Technologies Center (SCom), which is located in Shanghai Caohejing High-Tech Development Park, is a Sino-foreign joint venture established by Shanghai Optical Communications Corporation, Hongkong Shanghai Investment Technology Holdings Limited, Shanghai Anlian Investment Development Company, Shanghai Industrial Investment Corporation and Shanghai Lujiazui Finance & Trade Zone Development Company Ltd. with an exorbitant investment.
Boasting a state-of-the-art environment for developing, SCom consists of three departments of product development, the department of marketing and the department of administration, etc. It is equipped with experts of utmost experience both at home and abroad, as well as the most advanced facilities for High-Tech development.
