Pletronics announces tight spec PECL oscillators with Differential output

Pletronics, a Lynnwood, WA based manufacturer of frequency control devices, announces a line of differential PECL output oscillators for Fibre Channel and Ethernet applications. Available frequencies are from 10.0 MHz to 170.0 MHz. The PE1100BV series uses a true crystal design for ultra low jitter (3pS RMS maximum for > 70.0 MHz).  The parts have an input voltage (Vcc) of 3.3 volts ±10% or 5 volts ±10%. Standard frequency stabilities are ±20 PPM, ±25 PPM, and ±50 PPM over the operating temperature range of 0-80°C. Standard symmetry is a tight 45/55. The package is an industry standard footprint 6-pad layout. Pricing is $13.00 and up depending on specs and quantity with availability now.
