Optiwave’s OptiSystem 2.0 Wins 2002 Lightwave OFC Attendees' Choice Award
Ottawa, Canada, May 21, 2002 - Optiwave Corporation, a world leader in the

industry, is proud to announce that its OptiSystem 2.0 software tool was awarded the 2002 Lightwave OFC Attendees' Choice Award.
OptiSystem 2.0 was the top vote getter in the Design Tools category of the
2002 Lightwave OFC Attendees’ Choice Awards. According to Lightwave, “the
award program is designed to recognize those products at OFC that most impressed show attendees.” Although OptiSystem 2.0 faced tough competition
from other design tools, it was chosen as the leading software tool for the
design and simulation of optical communication systems.
